Chiropractic Practice
Reconnective Healing Founder Dr. Eric Pearl has drawn the attention of senior medical doctors and researchers from hospitals, trauma and injury centres, medical schools and university research centres worldwide.

Prior to this interest, Eric ran a highly successful chiropractic practice in Los Angeles for 12 years. In August of 1993, he discovered he had been blessed with unusual non-traditional healing abilities - a "gift". He suddenly became aware of his ability to act as conduit through which healing energy may flow. This all came about through a series of seemingly innocuous events that eventually led Dr. Eric to help people with a wide variety of serious diseases including malignant tumors, AIDS-related diseases, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, birth disfigurements and bone deformities.

Dr. Eric is now demonstrating and teaching this "gift" to all manner of students and researchers through seminars and private sessions in many countries.

Having created one of the larger chiropractic practices in Los Angeles during the 80's and 90's, Dr. Eric was often referred to as "Chiropractor to the Stars". He was both a highly successful and popular doctor who was one of the few practitioners who incorporated the pure, original and all-but-lost chiropractic techniques alongside the more contemporary chiropractic practice.

Receiving "The Gift"
This all changed when in both informal and clinical settings, patients (and physicians) witnessed the results of healings that occurred by Dr. Eric simply holding his hands near them. How did this happen? How did one of the rarest and most sought after gifts in the universe manifest through Dr. Eric?

It all started, in part, when to placate his assistant Dr. Eric consented to a "card reading" while visiting Venice Beach, California. In exchange for his $10 he received an unremarkable reading from what he described as an endearing Jewish gypsy. What stirred his interest was her offering "There’s a very special work that I do through the use of axiatonal lines. It reconnects your body's meridian lines to the grid lines on the planet that connect us to the stars and other planets." She then told Dr. Eric that she was able to do this work and that, as a healer, it was something that he needed. At the price of USD$333 Dr. Eric said "no, thank you" and left feeling $10 poorer.

It is important to understand that Eric Pearl is a true skeptic A show me kind of person. So it was with great consternation that he revisited her words often in his mind afterwards not being able to put them away. Eventually having read a chapter from her recommended reading (The Book of Knowledge: The Keys of Enoch - chapter 3.1.7. ) he had to satisfy his curiosity.

The work was done in two days, two days apart. Day one, he gave his gypsy the money, lay there on her table and listened to thoughts of saying 'good bye' to $333. He had the sudden insight - Well, you've already given her the money, you may as well cut the negative chatter and be open to receiving whatever there is to receive. So he lay there quietly, ready and open. He experienced nothing, absolutely nothing or at least so he thought. In an attempt to get value for his money he decided to return for Day two. However, he had already started to experience strange goings on in his home and the uncanny sense of not being alone during the nights prior to Day two.

Day two seemingly started out pretty much the same as Day one. To quote Dr. Eric "However, it soon became apparent that it was to be anything but. My legs didn't want to stay still. They had that 'crazy leg' feeling that strikes every once in a blue moon in the middle of the night. Soon that sensation took over the rest of my body, interspersed with almost unbearable chills. It was all I could do to lie still on the table."

Soon it was over. On a hot August day in a non-air-conditioned apartment, Dr. Eric arose chilled, teeth chattering and it took five minutes until his body temperature started to return to normal. However, Dr. Eric was anything but normal. He was different - he could neither explain nor understand how. And so his odyssey had begun.

The Manifestation
On the first day back to his chiropractic practice regular patients were reporting the presence of visitors in his treatment room while their eyes were closed during his conventional chiropractic adjustments. Some, otherwise conventional patients, reported that it felt as if people were running around the table and two sheepishly confided that it seemed as if people were flying around the table. This was totally out of Dr. Eric's professional experience and it happened to seven out of twelve patients in the first day!

Something was definitely up. Patients and staff enquired on how he seemed different, his voice was different and his situation was becoming seemingly bizarre. His patients were reporting that they could feel where my hands were before he touched them. They could feel his hands when he held them distant from their bodies. Soon patients started receiving healings. At first the healings were minor, mostly aches and pains. After adjustments Dr. Eric would experiment with passing his hands for a moment or two while the patients kept their eyes closed. When they got up, the pain was gone. The 'word' soon got out.

Soon people were coming in from all over for these healings and Dr. Eric had no idea as to what was happening or why. So began his long exploration and research as to the nature of this "gift" that he was blessed with. He soon began to manifest" where his hands began to bleed during healings covered with tiny blisters. The blisters would heal in a matter of a few hours afterwards. The healings continued.

Looking for Help
Dr. Eric sought answers. He checked in regularly with the woman who had reconnected him via the axiatonal lines. He visited a world-renowned psychic. He read widely of alternative books: Eastern philosophy, life after death, channeled information. He attended seminars with respected healing professionals.

To quote Dr. Eric "I looked at, listened to and read everyone, everywhere."

His patients continued on to see colours: beautiful, exquisite blues, greens, purples, golds and white unlike any they had ever seen before. Within two or three months some saw entities or "angels". Three angels in particular: a woman, a white haired man and a multi-coloured parrot which was seen by children. At first a child would see the parrot then suddenly the parrot transformed into a friend only to no longer a parrot at all.

Patients began receiving specific messages from the angels detailing healings and encouragemnts to "spread the word".

Seeking Answers Within
Having received no definitive answers and little helpful advice Dr. Eric ventured inside to find most of his answers. His two main concerns were that he could not predict what someone's response would be and, therefore, could make no promises. Also his success rate had unpredictable highs and lows that would last anywhere from a few days to three weeks.

Dr. Eric is a take charge doing kind of person who made things happen. He has a take no prisoners approach to getting things done. So, it was very much to his surprise when he realised that for these healings to really accelerate he had to get out of the way and quit directing. To remove himself from the equation and let a higher power guide. This is only one of many realisations for Dr. Eric. as Reconnective Healing ™ has the knack of drawing one to his very own truths.

When he quit directing, not only did the energy know where to go and what to do without the slightest instruction - the more he let go, the more powerful the response was. The greatest healings occurred when Dr. Eric's thoughts were distracted elsewhere. A paradox!

"Receive, don't send"
Having not quite recovered from "get out of the way and let a higher power guide." Now the thoughts were "receive, don't send". When seeing the next patient he "received" through the patient's feet into his hands. To quote Dr. Eric "I received from the heavens through the top of my head. It was loving, it was humbling, and it was confusing. It felt awkward. And then I saw the patient begin to respond. And it felt right. At that point I truly embraced the concept that I had been espousing, yet not fully understanding all along: I am not the healer, only God is the healer, and for some reason, whether I'm a catalyst or a vessel, an amplifier or intensifier, pick your own word, I'm invited into the room".
